Mad
Men is a show about people who work in the advertising agencies in
the 60's. It currently airs on AMC.

Ahoy!
This
episode is the first that doesn't end with family, although it is
included in the ending montage. It does end with the personal lives
of the characters. While the episode didn't focus completely on Don,
it did place a large emphasis on the relationships he has with his
wife, Rachel and Midge. This episode reveals that Joan and Sterling
are not only sleeping together but it also introduces Sterling's
family problems. The episode also explored Peggy's potential in the
episode when she impresses the men at a brainstorming session. It
also explores the themes of judaism in the period as well as
individuality. The episode is good throughout, even though it doesn't
really grab you until the very end. That song provided a perfect
montage that made me want to see what's going to happen next-even
though I wasn't actually interested throughout most of the episode. A
large problem with this series is that it's finding a hard time to
being addictive television but it is taking steps in the right
direction. It merely needs to speed up-the first season is about half
over and I could care less about most of the characters. That's not
good.
